Our policy lasts 30 days for faulty items. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and the details of your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom made items are not returnable unless faulty. All beds surrounds are made to order and are not returnable.
To return your product, please contact us via email [email protected] and we will provide you with our returns address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Any shipping costs incurred as a result of rejecting delivery of a package, or as a result of an incorrect delivery address supplied, or repeated failed delivery attempts are non-refundable. Any item returned for refund will also need orinal full courier / delivery cost paid and maybe more than delivery charged on original order. Unwanted items may incure a 30% re stocking fee.
