We received this today and all we can say is the team have made our christmas. The item is absolutely perfect. The build quality is exceptional, the seams are strong and the foam dense but not hard. Customer service was second to none, just call them they can't do enough for you. We will definitely be using the company again and cannot wait for our son to see it on christmas day!
