Custom Orders

At Jump bounce, we love working on custom items, Soft Play, Ball Ponds Surrounds or any items with or without artwork.

Due to the time consuming nature of custom work, we will do our best to produce as soon as we can but please give as much notice as possible..

Ideally, please allow at least 4 weeks for custom orders to complete from enquiry to shipping, but do get in touch if you need something sooner and we'll do our utmost to accommodate.

A 50% deposit will be required before we begin work and the balance and delivery will be due before dispatch.

We won't copy other companies work, so please don't ask us to. By all means, send across photos for inspiration, but if you want an exact replica of something, contact the initial designer. We will not do any copyrighted items such as superhero's or Disney.

If you'd like us to create something bespoke for your special event, please send across your idea, required by date and budget or call and we will do our best to help.
